GeekSSort is a fast-growing technology and IT solutions company working with software, e-commerce, and digital services. We are expanding our sales team to capture global and local B2B opportunities, driving growth across multiple markets.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive with hands-on experience in software/IT services sales. The role focuses on full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals across global and local markets. You’ll work independently, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify, research, and qualify B2B prospects globally using LinkedIn Sales Navigator

🎯

 Manage inbound and outbound leads in the CRM system

🎯

 Analyze, prioritize, and convert leads based on potential and urgency

🎯

 Plan and execute daily sales activities with clear objectives

🎯

 Conduct remote meetings with international clients

🎯

 Attend in-person meetings for local market opportunities

🎯

 Maintain follow-ups until deals are closed or disqualified

🎯

 Prepare proposals, quotations, and support contract negotiations

🎯

 Ensure accurate pipeline tracking and CRM updates

🎯

 Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements

🎯

 Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets

Required Qualifications:
⤷ Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience
⤷ Prior experience in software or IT services industry preferred
⤷ Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
⤷ Strong working knowledge of CRM tools
⤷ Ability to independently assess leads and make sales decisions
⤷ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
⤷ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
⤷ High ownership and accountability
