This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website. It is written to describe what the site actually does, rather than to cover every practice a website might have.

This site does not use cookies
We set no cookies. Instead, two small values may be stored by your browser:
- Your privacy choice. When you accept or decline on the consent banner, that answer is saved in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again on every page. It is the answer only — it does not identify you and it is never sent to us.
- A session recording marker, stored only if you accept analytics. Decline, and it is never created.
When you contact us
If you submit the contact form we store what you typed: your name, email address, your message, and — if you filled them in — your phone number and budget range. We also record which page you submitted from, so we know what you were reading when you got in touch.
We use this to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot.
What we measure
- Errors, always on. When something breaks we receive a report containing the error, the page it happened on and your browser and operating system. We use it to fix the fault. This is not analytics and is not used to profile you.
- Session recording, only if you accept. If you accept on the banner, we record how pages are used — clicks, scrolling and navigation — so we can see where the site is confusing and improve it. If you decline, no recording is made.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your information. It reaches three service providers, each doing one job:
- Cloudflare — hosts this site and runs the anti-spam check on the contact form.
- Sanity — stores the site's content and the enquiries sent through the form.
- Sentry — receives the error reports and, with your consent, the session recordings. Sentry processes this in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our business records. Error reports and recordings are kept for a limited period by Sentry and then deleted automatically. If you would like us to delete an enquiry you sent, email us and we will.

You can change your mind about analytics at any time using the button below. You can also ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email contact@geekssort.com.
