Our services and your project
The site describes the software design and development services and products we offer. It is general information, not an offer to contract.
- Enquiries are not contracts. Sending the contact form or booking a call does not create an agreement between us.
- Estimates are not binding until they are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement signed by both sides.
- Your project agreement comes first. Scope, fees, timelines, ownership of deliverables and confidentiality for any project are set out in that agreement. Where it differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics, logos and code of this site belong to Geekssort or are used with permission. Case studies, product screenshots and client names are shown with our clients' consent and remain theirs. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, republish or reuse the site's content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Using the site
When you use the site, please do not:
- use it for anything unlawful, or to send spam or misleading information through its forms;
- try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
- copy or collect its content in bulk by automated means; or
- pretend to be someone else when you contact us.
Links to other sites
The site links to services we do not run, such as our social media profiles, WhatsApp and client websites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. Information may change without notice, and we do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Geekssort is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for work we deliver is governed by the project agreement.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
